The Tangency Foundation will be hosting an Activism Workshop. They will be offering instruction in the VOICE framework, identifying problems within the contexts of the system which produce them, and directing individuals to resources which align with their goals.

Our performers, Giselle Felice and Erik Abernathy will be available to answer all of your questions! They are a vocal and guitar duo based in Gainesville, Florida. As a duo, their style melds their roots in jazz and pop with Brazilian spirit and folk influences.

Mint Genome Project

Allison Bordini, a scientist at FMNH, will be demonstrating how to make mint Play-Doh and discussing the mint family. She will be sharing a book of recipes using members of the mint family which includes the recipe she will be making and other edible dishes!
